I find EAP workshop sessions very useful and meaningful in providing tips for maintaining “Good Work-Life balance”, helping us (The Employees) to Stay Healthy (For Self and Family) and Stay Productive (For Organization)". Significant number of times, feel like the selected topics are “The need of the hour” and can be related to every oneself. The way Anchu and Team are preparing the Content and the way they present to the workshop participants in a “Jovial, Simple yet effective manner” is really Awesome.
