Dear Vijaya Ma’am, I am feeling very fortunate to have therapy sessions from you and I am really amazed how accurately you are able to comprehend my words and what I have been through in my life. I was extremely joyful on the second day of the therapy when you provided me affirmations to deal with the need of maternal love from mother figures. Maternal figure transference was the pain I was juggling with since my teenage years and I tried every strategy but nothing worked out, in fact my previous therapist clearly told me that there is no solution to these emotions except meeting these needs through someone, which was not a practical and healthy solution. Also, the Mindfulness technique that you taught me helped me to deal with heavy emotions that used to weigh me down emotionally. Now I feel very light. You have a very beautiful quality to provide your client enough space to express themselves in an accurate and healthy way and the techniques provided by you to lighten the mental load of emotions works the best.
