Terms and Conditions for Counselling Service at Praan:
- The amount once paid is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever, However, if the Client wishes to postpone their appointment by an advance notice of at least 24 hours, the Counsellor at its sole discretion may postpone the session, subject to availability.
- The rescheduled session to be availed within one (01) month period from the date of booking. In case of failing to reschedule within 1 month from the date of booking, the appointment will remain Cancelled and No Refund will be entertained subsequently.
- Student package is applicable to those aged 24 years and below (as on the date of booking.
- It's mandatory for students to upload their student ID- card which should clearly specify the college, course details along with the academic year/s for booking appointments.
- The validity of any booked single session shall be for a maximum period of one (01) month including rescheduling.
- Neither the Counsellor nor the organization shall be liable for any eventualities suffered by the Client during or subsequent to the session/ counselling service.
- The confidentiality of the information obtained by the Counsellor during the session shall be maintained.
