Practical Strategies to Calm the Mind and Break the Cycle
Learning effective strategies to reduce overthinking and restore mental balance. Activities such as mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, thought-journaling, cognitive reframing, breathing exercises, and self-compassion practices will be shared. These tools help participants quiet mental noise, improve focus, enhance problem-solving, and promote psychological well-being.
